How do I register an account?

Click the "Login" button in the top right corner. You can log in with your GitHub or Google account, or register with your email. We'll automatically create an account for you.

How do I view and modify my personal information?

After logging in, click on your avatar in the top right corner and enter the "Account Center - Profile" page to view your personal information. Currently, modifying personal information is not supported.

What if I forgot my password?

If you registered with an email, you can click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it. For GitHub or Google login users, please reset your password on the respective platform.

How do I delete my account?

Find the "Delete Account" option in the "Account Center - Profile" page and follow the prompts. If your account has an active subscription, you need to wait until the subscription expires before you can delete it. After deletion, all data will be unrecoverable.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Select a Pro or Max subscription plan on the "Pricing" page and complete payment to enjoy the corresponding features. Max version has higher usage limits and more features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the "Account Center - Billing" page, find your subscription history, and click "Manage Subscription" to redirect to the Stripe subscription settings. After cancellation, you can continue using until the current subscription period ends.

How are subscription fees calculated?

We offer Pro and Max subscription plans, each supporting monthly and annual payment options, with annual payments receiving discount benefits. Max version has higher usage limits. Fees are automatically charged according to the subscription cycle.

Can I get a refund?

We provide a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 7 days of subscription.
